Booking 

  1. You must ensure that you identify yourself at the reception without any concerns to our member of staff.
  2. You must show your ID and must use your card to pay whoever made a booking for you must honour to pay. If you are using your company card let them know to contact us to pay.
  3. Failure to identify properly by driving licence, passport or national ID card will not honour entry.
  4. You must be 18 and over to stay if you are under 18 we will refuse to accommodate and we will not refund the fee.
  5. Failure to comply with our business identity check may terminate your booking without a refund.

Payment

  1. Guest must pay in full at check-in without any delay or excuse unless it is an account booking.
  2. All bookings are subject to VAT, and you can seek a receipt for payment or by email anytime for a VAT receipt.
  3. For any booking made through us directly, we reserve the right to terminate if it comes to our attention that the guest trying to take liability and will create a nuisance or create a scene. We will charge that booking in full without a refund.
  4. You are required to pay in full by cash, card or bank transfer.

  Cancellation, amendment, no show

  1. Flexible Rate bookings are refundable if you inform us 14 days before otherwise not possible to cancel free of charge. If last minute flex booking is made, then we will use our discretion whether to waive the fee or charge. As long give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to enable us to market and sell the room, we will be happy to refund but, in most cases, if you make a booking, you must honour your agreement to pay.

  3. If you wish to amend the booking as long, as we have availability we will look to action appropriately. Still, in most cases it would be difficult to act best you make sure that you are sure to agree to avoid our service burdening with admin wasting time and resources direct to damaging our business and costing us unnecessary.
  4. Amendment attracts £10 admin cost.
  5. For any reason will charge a full fee in case of no show.
  6. An early check-in £10 charge is applicable.

Day Use/  Night Use

  1. Day use check-in 10 am to 5 pm.
  2. Nigh use Check-in from 3 pm to 10 am.
  3. Booking charge applies to check-in early or late check-out.  

Occupancy in room

You must inform the reception how many people will be staying in each room if you do not disclose, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund and ask you to leave.

Family rooms– 2 adults, 2 children (under 16) and 1 baby in a cot (cots are not available);
– 3 adults and 1 child or 1 baby; or
– 2 adults and 2 babies
Small family rooms– 2 adults, 1 child (under 16) and 1 baby
Double rooms– 2 adults; or
– 2 adults and 1 baby
Twin rooms– 2 adults
– 2 adults and 1 baby dependent on space available in the room.
Single rooms Double rooms  Twin rooms         – 1 adult only. – 2 adult only- must be booked for two people -2 adult only- must be booked for correct amount of people and paid    

You must pay for an extra person or child if you book for a single person. Any additional person charges as following.

Adult: £30 per person

Child: £20 (age from 5 years onward 16 yrs.)

Warning

  1. You must not bring any potentially hazardous or other dangerous stuff to our hotel.
  2. You must not break or damage our stuff.
  3. You must not take any of our belongings such as towels, heater, TV other stuff
  4. We will charge your card if anything belonging to us missing or damaged without further notice or communication.
  5. You must not operate a microwave, oven, fridge, deep fat fryer, or toaster in the room. 12. You must not cause any disturbance to any other guests or our staff including but not limited to noise disturbance.
  6. You must not disturb any other guest or disrespect our property under any circumstance.
  7. Failure to comply with our house rules we will terminate your stay without a refund.
  8. If we have to recover any cost or damages, we shall use your card to take payment.

Extras

  1. We may offer free breakfast first day free of charge basic one thereafter you must pay for any extra services, wifi, water, coffee and food.

Animal

  1. We do not allow animals due to the cleaning and hygiene. Cleaning requires deep and that takes times hence we do not allow animals.
  2. You must inform us and do not bring your animal in case you do not cooperate we will charge you £50 per night for cleaning

Parking

  1. You must bring only one car for free of charge and additional car must be pay £10 per night failure will result in £100 fee which shall charge your card without any notice.

General

  1. You consent to our Privacy Policy that we have right to process your personal data and any other guests.
  2. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time and terms applicable to all bookings.
  3. If you are an individual consumer, you have certain legal statutory rights.  If any of these terms conflict with a statutory right or the law changes and your statutory rights change, then the statutory rights will prevail over these terms.   4. We shall not be in breach of these terms or liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations about your booking (such as the provision of room(s) and/or other products and/or services and/or Extras) due to any adverse event, act, omission or accident which happens which is beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to flood, earthquake, extremely adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, partial or full cancellation or delay of major public event, interruption or fire (except by way of our default) or failure of (except by way of our default) electric power, gas, water, or another utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
  5. You have the right to complaint about our services and we will reply in 14 working days.
  6. We will not be liable for any losses which are not caused by either a breach of these terms by us, our non-compliance with our duties under applicable legislation or our negligence.  We will also not be liable for any losses which were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed.  Loss is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen for example if you discussed it with us during the booking process.
  7. We will not be liable in any circumstances for any loss or damage to vehicles you bring to the hotel or any property left in them regardless of whether they are parked in a car park connected to the hotel or not.
  8. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
  9. These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in relation to these terms shall be governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with English law.  All disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or any non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts save that you agree that we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
